Dale Jordan, CISM, CISSP, President & Co-Founder, MaxDefense LLC

Dale Jordan is a distinguished cybersecurity leader with over 15 years of experience in information security and risk management. As President and Co-Founder of MaxDefense LLC, Dale spearheads a specialized Managed Security Service Provider (MSSP) serving clients across healthcare, finance, and critical infrastructure sectors.

Prior to founding MaxDefense, Dale served as Director of Cybersecurity at DataPath, Inc.

Dale's extensive background includes nearly a decade at CenturyLink (Lumen), where he managed multiple international and US based teams supporting a variety of security products. Dale also played a primary role in deploying a FEDRAMP certified security operations center to support US government-related contracts. His career also includes valuable experience at EarthLink, Inc., where he served as a technical support specialist, a help desk lead, a security analyst, and a security engineer during his time with the company.

A proud veteran, Dale served in the United States Army (Reserve and Active Duty) as an Information Systems Operator/Analyst, deploying in support of the Global War on Terrorism in from January 2003 to August 2004, where he received an honorable discharge and held an interim Top Secret security clearance.

Dale holds a BA in History from Auburn University. He maintains active Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) and Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) certifications, demonstrating his ongoing commitment to information security excellence.

As a regular speaker on evolving threat landscapes and practical risk management, Dale brings his wealth of experience to help organizations navigate the complex world of cybersecurity with clarity and confidence.

Beyond his professional accomplishments, Dale has been happily married to his wife Amanda for 25 years. Together they have raised two sons and reside in metro Atlanta.

Dale is an active member of his local Rotary Club and is a member of the Forsyth County Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors, serving on the technology and transportation committees.

David Ingram, Co-Founder

David Ingram is co-founder of MaxDefense, LLC, which he established in 2020 with partner Dale Jordan. He concurrently serves as CEO of Five/I Enterprises, LLC.

Prior to these ventures, David was Managing Director and General Counsel at a prominent Atlanta-based private equity management firm. There, he drove strategic direction while orchestrating end-to-end transactions—from sourcing deals and raising capital to conducting due diligence, providing legal oversight, and structuring investments.

David's entrepreneurial success extends to previously co-founding and leading a multi-state builder marketing and construction lending company as President. He pioneered the company's proprietary web-based technology platform while directing national sales and operations. Under his leadership, the enterprise expanded across 20+ states, cultivated 50 distribution channels, supported 1,000 builders, and facilitated over $200 million in loan closings.

His earlier career includes serving as General Counsel for a publicly traded software and e-commerce company after beginning his legal practice as an associate focusing on corporate, intellectual property, and real estate matters.

David earned both his Bachelor of Arts in English and his Juris Doctor from the University of South Carolina.

He lives in Atlanta, Georgia with his wife Michele and they have three daughters.
